Christmas 2021
I am sat here on one of the hottest days of the summer planning our Christmas minis for 2021 but believe me when I say they are going to be the best yet and it wont be long to Christmas is here as it always seems time flies by as soon as the kids are back at school!!!
The bookings open on Wednesday 8th September at 7pm for those on our mailing list and in our Christmas Facebook Group, then out on General Sale Friday 10th September at 7pm. These sessions very often sell out fast, once the appointments have gone, no more can be added. Check out the FAQ below for everything you need to know!
When do they take place?
This year the studio will be transformed into a magical Christmas grotto on the first 2 weekends in November – Friday 5th – Sunday 7th then Friday 12th – Sunday 14th !
Why November???
We need time after your session to beautifully process your images, upload them to your private gallery and allow you time to see and place your order. Digital images are available for immediate download, printed products are professionally made at our pro photo lab before dispatching them to you at home. We want to ensure you have plenty of time to enjoy your photographs in the lead up to the big day!
How long is the session?
Your appointment lasts 30 minutes, to give us time for the 4 set ups and create a fun, magical and private experience for your family.
What are the 4 set ups?
Every year I love creating a mixture of set ups from magical Christmas sets to ones that can also be winter season images so you have a beautiful collection of images!
This year we have 4 sets all of which will be in the studio (not outside due to weather in the UK being unpredictable)
- Cozy Christmas – Dark Wooden background with Antique style toys and Christmas tree
- Christmas Tree Farm – Background of Christmas Trees, fairy lights and maybe even some snow to make things even more magical
- Christmas Cabin – Rustic cabin set is new for 2021 and I cannot wait to use this one!!
- Night before Christmas – White bed set up with Christmas decorations, Pyjamas, Christmas book & maybe even a few cookies
How much does it cost?
The Deposit is just £25 to secure your date and time slot then that goes towards your final package chosen from below:
Basic Package – £95
- 30 minute session for up to 3 children
- 4 beautiful Christmas Sets
- a little gift from the North Pole for each child
- your favourite image from the day as a high resolution digital download, that you can print, share online and do as you like with!
After your session you’ll receive login details to your online gallery where you can choose your complimentary image and purchase a range of products.
Full Package – £195
- 30 minute session for up to 3 children
- 4 beautiful Christmas Sets
- a little gift from the North Pole for each child
- All 10 of your Fully edited images from the day as a high resolution digital download, that you can print, share online and do as you like with!
- 10. 10×8 prints for you to give as special Christmas gifts to family or keep for yourself x
- Pack of 6 Christmas Cards with your favourite image.
After your session you’ll receive login details to your online gallery where you can download your images and decide on your image for the cards.
Can we have a family image not just the kids?
Yes yes yes of course you can!!! Due to the size of the backgrounds the Night Before Christmas & Christmas Tree Farm sets are best for the family images including Mum and Dad x
Can I bring somebody else?
The session is valid for siblings from one family only. If you wish to bring cousins/friends or anybody else, please book a session per family. If you book sessions next to each other we are happy to discuss photographing everybody both together and individually – this will depend on numbers and ages and must be arranged in advance.
Can I change my day or time?
All bookings are final, we have to completely transform the studio for these sessions so can only offer sessions on the dates above. If we still have slots available you want to change to that is fine, but once we are sold out no amendments can be made to your booking.
Sold! How do I book?
If you’re on our mailing list, you’ll receive an email with a booking link. Bookings open at 7pm on Wednesday 8th September to the mailing list and on Friday 10th September at 7pm to the general public – the link will go live on our Facebook page at this time.
